The useful correction is reproducible: name the page, version and public evidence that changes the answer.
Send a correction
Email hello@projectpittanswers.xyz. Include the answer URL, the Project P.I.T.T. version, what appears wrong, and a developer, publisher or independently corroborated public source.
What happens next
A contradicted answer is rechecked against its evidence card. If the claim no longer clears the publishing gate, the page returns to draft rather than keeping an uncertain Quick Answer live.
